Deed Transfer to Eastland Center for the Arts

06/18/2008 - Board members of the Eastland Community Foundation (ECF) and Eastland Center for the Arts (ECA) met Thursday for the formal transfer of the deed to the properties located at 105, 107 and 109 South Lamar.

This property, under development by the ECA, will house the Lyric Theatre, HV & Gaynelle O'Brien Art Center and the Artists of Eastland County.


ECF Board President Mark Pipkin(r), officially presents the property deed to ECA Board President Terry Simmons(l).

ECF board members are: Mark Pipkin, Jim Farrar, HV O'Brien, Ann Folsom and Mike Perry.
